Soooo.. Day one of no sugar! I have a terrible headache and I definitely dozed on the couch after lunch. I feel sluggish. Like I need a coke. HA! Guess that's the point of kicking this whole sugar addiction. ::sigh::
Also.. Day one of the shred. Ack! That is one incredibly intense 25 minutes of working out. My arms and legs feel like jello. Let's not even talk about my abs. Ouchie mama! There are 3 levels so the plan is to do Level One for 10 days and so on. I am so exhausted. I can't wait to put little man to bed and soak in a hot bath. I think it's a perfect day to start the hot body scrub from The Kind Diet. Help get these toxins and sugar out of my body as fast as possible!
Tomorrow I'm going to take Tyler to school, workout with Cassie and then hit up the Natural Health Store in town. There are quite a few items I need to find for my diet. Otherwise I'll be ordering everything online..

Hugs! The first several days of no sugar are brutal! It takes anywhere from 3 to 10 days to get it out of your system and to stop having the psycho cravings....it was about 6 to 7 days for me. Are you going Superhero or just trying to cut out refined stuff?
Thanks! I'm feeling better today, but I have another headache.. It's my afternoon caffeine time so I'm drinking lots-o-water to distract myself :) Right now I'm just cutting out refined crap, dairy and I have one more can of tuna to eat before I cut out all animal products. Fingers crossed!
