Boooo...

I'm such a sucky blogger these days! It's much easier to keep up with everyone on Facebook for sure. Okay...What's been going on?

Gabe: is in his last month of shore duty. He'll begin his checkouts Monday. He has the whole month of June off before reporting to the WVA for sea duty. Boo to that. School is going well, when he's not procrastinating about doing his work! ;o) We think he'll be able to do one more semester before having to put it on hold to go out to sea. Oh and we got a letter about his 10 YEAR HIGH SCHOOL REUNION! Holy cow, we're getting old! Hopefully, we'll be able to attend it in August. It all depends on his deployment schedule.

Tyler: is amazing. As usual! :o) He's growing like a weed and he's waaaay toooo smart for his own good. He loves preschool and he's really learning so much. At almost 3 he knows the days of the week, the months of the year, the pledge of allegiance and he can say Grace before a meal (which just happens to be the cutest thing EVER!)

Me: I just booked a cruise for Gabe and I to go on! A.L.O.N.E. EEK! It's 4 nights starting June 8th. My mom is coming down to watch Tyler and Gabe and I are going on a tropical vacation. It'll be like the honeymoon we never had. Or just a break away for the two of us before we have to deal with deployments. I'm super excited! I've also joined Weight Watchers again. I'm doing really well (10 lbs down so far!) and I'm super excited to get back to working out after a really bad knee injury 3 weeks ago. I'm doing much, much better!

Last week we spent 5 days at a beach house in Tybee Island with my parents, sister and family, grandma and uncle. The guys (Gabe and Graig) rode their bikes Friday evening and stayed just for the weekend. It was so awesome to have everyone together for a vacation. It's what my mom wanted for their 30th wedding anniversary and it's what she got! The house was beautiful and I can't wait to plan another beach trip like that!

I'm hoping I can keep up with the blogging a little better. We'll have a pretty good schedule going with the start of summer coming up. I really need to post some new pictures too!
