Whew!

It looks like Tropical Storm Hanna is veering away from us! Whew...That was close. We really thought we were going to have to evacuate for awhile. And where do you go when the storm is gonna hit NC too? We probably would have gone to Grandma's in Fl. Oh darn. :o) Now, what Ike and Josephine are doing, that's another scary question. But, for now the sun is shining, the watermelon is delicious, the yard is clean and everything is put away in anticipation of a storm. I'll take it. I've got laundry to do today, just in case we lose power or anything.
Other than that, not much is going on this week. I think we've decided to find some flooring that closely matches our kitchen and run the planks a different way (horizontal instead of vertical) so it's supposed to look different. We'll see. It'll probably be forever before we decide to do it now. Oh well.
Guess I should get things started. I want to let Tyler run around outside today before we get stuck inside from the rain this weekend. I'll update later on...
