So far I've walked a total of 12 miles this week!! I'll definitely meet my goal of 15 by tomorrow. I'm pretty excited and proud of myself. I love being in an exercise groove. It makes me feel better. I'll weigh myself Sunday and see if there's any change so far. I'm not stressing about it. I haven't been eating the healthiest. One life change at a time! :o)
Tyler will be TWO in one week. I can hardly believe it! We've decided to go to the base pool Sunday July 20th. Lots of new friends and some families from Gabe's work are going to come. It's going to be very relaxed and chill. Free swimming and some cupcakes. I'll be happy just to hang out with everyone for a little while and let the kids play and swim. Tyler talks about his birthday now like he knows what it is. He got into his presents and kept telling me "MY BIRTHDAY!!!" Gabe is trying is hardest to talk me into giving him some gifts early. They're both little scammers!
I've pulled my video camera out and dusted it off (haha)...As some of you know, Tyler decided to say his first curse word (of his own accord this time! no repeating daddy). I wish I had gotten it on tape...It was a DOOZY! Gabe and I could not stop laughing which Tyler thought was hilarious and kept on saying it louder and louder. ::sigh:: We were watching tv and a loud noise came on and I guess it startled him because he turned to us and said "What f**k is that?!?" That's right. Parents of the year right here!! Needless to say, mommy and (mostly!!) daddy are watching our language. He's said it a few more times and always in the right context. Dang it. This kid is too smart for his own good. Anyway, what I'm trying to get recorded is Tyler (duh obviously) saying his name, his age and where he lives (Jo-Jah). That's right...He's awesome. So be on the look out for that!
Well, I hope everyone has a great weekend! We may head down to Toys R Us and do a little shopping for the boy. Maybe one day my kitchen will get done. One day.
