I'm so tired. Yesterday we had to take Gabe's bike down to North Jax for it's first service. This meant I had to load Tyler up, put more gas in the car and then follow him down there. We ended up driving around and wound up at the Orange Park mall...Walked around and let Tyler run rampant in the candy store...ha ha.
Today was picture day. It was going great...We were happy and excited and Tyler had been practicing his smile and cheezin' all morning. He got to play with the leggo table until it was our turn. This guy was taking our pictures and Tyler did not like him. Didn't want his picture taken and definitely did not want to smile. So that sucked. I think we got 5-6 poses and no outfit change. Oh well. I'll have some pictures to bring to NC, but not nearly as many as I wanted. Of course, it's not like I don't take a bajillon pictures here at home. :o) Oh and the thai place didn't open until 4 pm! We knew we couldn't stay out all afternoon since Gabe has his last paper to write so we settled for some delicious PF Changs. Oh darn! Kevin, Cassie and Amaya met us there and we had a great lunch (and yummy leftovers!) That definitely made up for the whole picture thing.
We have to go back to Jax tomorrow to pick up his dang bike. Ugh. So I think we'll have a pretty busy week. Tyler has his 2 year well baby appointment Tuesday morning. I have a hair appointment Wednesday, and we've got a play date that afternoon too. I really want to go to the pool since it's the last week of free admission. We have nothing planned this weekend. Well, I think Cassie might have a baby shower for a little bit, but other than that, nothing! (Just in case someone from, oh say Charleston, wanted to visit!)
Gabe will have this week off of school and starts yet another term the week after. He's really excited about this new term. He's got Psychology, Art History and Digital Illustration. He's doing really well and feels like a big slacker for waiting so long to enroll in college. :o)
So that's what's going on...I'll update after Tyler's appointment!
