Thankful for patience. I don't have much. Especially when it comes to driving, cookies baking, the shower water getting hot.. But, having kids has definitely taught me to be more patient. It's something I struggle with everyday with them. I have to make it a point not to tell them to hurry up. It's hard. But they're just kids. Who cares if we're a few minutes late? The world will not end as it turns out. I'll just put a smile on my face and take a deep breath and wait for them.. To craft, to get dressed, to come down the stairs backwards one at a time. And I usually end up laughing because honestly, these kids are the best of me. They make me better.
