Soooo.. I cheated yesterday. I didn't workout at all and we went to Olive Garden for dinner. Yikes. I had the salad, breadsticks and fettuccine alfredo. Still no meat so that's one good thing. But oh the bad things. My belly was miserable. I was tired and cranky and uncomfortably full. And I was a big lazy slacker today. Well, until workout time. I decided my punishment would be a double workout. Ouch. Levels 3 and 2 of the Shred, a 20 minute walk with the dog and kids and 10 minutes of my weighted hula hoop. I have enough energy to shower and go to bed. lol. I don't regret eating out and enjoying my pasta, but I do regret not working out. I think I made up for it today though! I'm sooooo tired! Wednesday is our last day of the Shred. I'm bumping it up to two workouts a day. I really wanna make this count! Here's the sweatage from today. So gross.
