Well, it's the first! The healthy living plan is officially taken effect! And I am ready. Beyond ready! Cassie and I went jogging last night around the track. I jogged for a total of 6 laps (not all consecutively, but I'm getting there). That's 1.5 miles!! Add another 4 laps walked and I did 2.5 miles. It was great! Not fun, but worth the extra calories jogging burns over walking. And I was really, really slow. But I did it! Go me.
Tyler woke up this morning saying, "Trick or Treat!" :) I told him it wasn't Halloween yet, but he said, "But it's October!" What a cutie. For two months he's been telling us he wants to be a ghost for Halloween. Easy-peasy for mama!
Today's plan of action includes taking "before" pictures for Day One and taking my first picture for 365. And posting my starting weight. EEK!
