Feeling kind of blah today...Had a rough (VERY early) morning with Tyler and that threw off my whole day. I didn't work out, but I'm okay with that. My original plan was to workout three times a week and I've done that already. Of course, that doesn't mean I'm not working out the rest of the week, but I definitely don't feel guilty about skipping today. Now I'm ready to put the kid to bed, lay on the couch and hang out with Gabe. Maybe even go to bed early. I didn't come close to meeting my calorie goals (ie: too low!), but that's okay. I did really well for the whole week. That's right, It's been a week already!! Craziness!
Gabe has a three day weekend coming up..Yay! I'm going to try and talk him into going to the beach one last time. Maybe doing some yard work. Just planning for a low key weekend. Maybe a family bike ride! :)
