Gabe is turning 28 a week from today. I keep teasing him that he's already gotten presents from me since I used HIS gift card to buy him a couple of games he's been wanting. Tee hee hee...He has NO IDEA I ordered him the graphics display tablet he's been drooling over for, oh I dunno, YEARS! He's going to be floored. I mean SHOCKED! I've been telling him for at least two years that we don't have the money and he needs to start saving some to get it himself. Well, I finally just ordered it (Thank Goodness it's tax season!) I can't wait to see the look on his face when he opens it. I'm determined to save it until his actual birthday. I know you know how I am with gifts, but I mean it this time!! No presents until the 16th. I may have to drop it off at my friend's house... :) Oh and it's being delivered today! EEK! How will I get it in the house without him suspecting anything?!? Hopefully UPS comes while he's still at work, but it's Friday. He'll be home by lunch! I have to figure something out...
In the meantime, I'm looking for a super delicious dark chocolate ganache recipe for his birthday cake. He wants a chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache. I'll let you know if I'm successful!
