What a Fun Day!!

This morning started out with a walk around the neighborhood with Amanda and her son Gabe. Even at 8:15 it was close to 80 degrees already. UGH! I think it's gonna be one of those summers. After our walk we changed clothes and headed to the movie theater. I think Amanda and I were more excited than the boys! We got our (FREE!) tickets, our dollar popcorn and sat near the very back row. The boys were SO GOOD!!! They chowed down on popcorn and sat in their seats while we waited for the movie to start. Us moms had to put our leg over on the boys' chairs to keep them from folding up on them...It was pretty darn cute! The movie, Veggie Tales: The Pirates Who do Nothing, started and the boys were enthralled. Tyler didn't want to sit still, but he stayed quiet (unlike some of the kids there!) There was a lot of jumping and dancing in his seat, going back and forth in my lap, and bribing with more popcorn and yogos. :) All in all, I think it went over really well and we'll definitely be going again! Thursday is Happy Feet! I didn't take my camera with me (even though I really really wanted to!) so I just got a picture with my phone. It's not that great, but it shows Tyler's favorite part of the movie...The popcorn!!
